January is Vision Board Month.
Set your intention for the year with a new board, or update last year’s

This week is the time to set your intentions.
A great place to start is the Life Balance Quiz
(https://sunshinecash.com.au/quiz/)
What would your ideal life look like?
Be specific, perhaps journal  or meditate on it.

Now you have an idea of what your ideal RICH life looks like, it is time to turn those ideas into a visual representation of your goals and dreams.

Creating a vision board should be fun and easy. Don’t overthink the process. Your own vision board is for you and you only, so there’s no one you need to impress with it.

You can make a physical board with magazine clippings, photos, inspirational says and words or even physical items.  Or you can create a digital vision board in something like Canva or Photoshop.

I prefer a digital board as I find I can find the exact image. I have in mind.  (You don’t have to worry about copyrighted images when you are using them for your own private use.)

Gather together the elements. of your board and get creative!!  Remember..there is no right or wrong here.

How did you go with your vision board creation?  Did you gain any insights from it?
This week is the time to anchor those dreams in.

If you have made a physical board, place it somewhere you will see it everyday. (Mine is above my dressing table)
Take a picture of your board and use it as the lock screen on your phone or tablet.  You could also use it as the desktop image on your laptop or computer.

Spend a couple of moments each day looking at your vision board.  Concentrate on one or two elements and really FEEL what it would be like to have achieved that “thing”

This week continue with the practice of anchoring in the elements of your vision board.

A “Be Do Have” exercise can be helpful here to help you really envision your dream.

Next month is “Love Month” Do you have elements around love and romance on your vision board?
